We use a structured questionnaire to evaluate your site page by page. You walk away with a page intent map that defines what each page should do, what's misaligned, and what to keep, cut, or restructure.
Phase 1 stands on its own. You can act on it independently. But it's designed to feed directly into Phase 2.

Phase 2: Content & Messaging
For businesses ready to define what their website actually says.
Phase 2 is where Purpose-Driven Messaging goes to work. We determine which messaging framework fits each page's purpose, build site structure and navigation logic, create content direction by page type, plan SEO and schema strategy, and write the actual page content.
By the end of Phase 2, you have approved content for every key page and a structure ready for design and build.
Investment: $2,500 - $5,000
Phase 3: Design, Build & Launch
For businesses ready to stop planning and start building.
Strategy is set. Content is approved. Phase 3 turns all of it into a live website.

Phase 4: Support & Iterate

Phase 4 is an ongoing partnership. Managed hosting, maintenance, content updates aligned to page intent, and optimization based on real data.
Your business will evolve. Phase 4 means your website evolves with it.
All clients include managed hosting.

Bundled engagements are scoped as a single project with adjusted pricing based on scope.

How pricing works
Each phase is scoped and priced independently. You only move forward once the current phase is approved. No phase is discounted to win later work. Strategy and content are treated as real work, not pre-work.
Most clients start at Phase 1. Some enter at Phase 2 or 3 if the earlier thinking is already done. We evaluate alignment before determining the right starting point. This protects the project and prevents building on assumptions.
