Work With Me
Is this for you?
If you run an established B2B service business and your website looks perfectly fine but isn't bringing in leads the way you'd hoped, I can help.
I work with businesses in the $1-5M revenue range who've often been through a website project before - usually with an agency that delivered something beautiful but ineffective, or a developer who built exactly what you asked for without questioning whether it would actually work.
Here's the thing: your website isn't supposed to be a digital brochure. It's a lead generation tool. If it's not doing that job, something's broken - and it's usually not the design. It's the strategy underneath it.
That's where I come in.
The problem I solve...
Most website projects start with "what do we want it to look like" or "what pages do we need" without ever asking the more important question: what's each page supposed to accomplish?
That's not a philosophical question. It's a practical one. A homepage meant to convince skeptical prospects needs different content than one meant to help visitors self-select. A services page meant to handle objections needs different structure than one meant to educate.
But most people - and most agencies - skip that step entirely. They jump straight to design, or content, or picking a framework they read about in a marketing book, without ever defining what job the page is supposed to do first.
I don't work that way.
Every page's content and design decision starts with one question: what is this specific page's job? Once we answer that, everything else becomes clearer - what messaging approach to use, what structure makes sense, what the call-to-action should be.
I call this Purpose-Driven Messaging. It's not a marketing framework borrowed from someone else. It's a decision-making system that helps us figure out which frameworks to use and when. Strategy first, then execution.
How We Work Together
I work in four phases. You can engage for one, some, or all of them depending on what you need.
Clarity ($1,500-3,000)
We start here. This is the diagnostic phase where we figure out what's actually broken and why. For some clients, that means building a content strategy roadmap from scratch. For others, it means auditing an existing site to find the technical or strategic gaps that are killing performance.
The deliverable is a clear assessment and recommendation: here's what needs to happen next and why.
Content & Messaging ($2,500-5,000)
Once we know what each page needs to accomplish, we build the messaging strategy. This isn't copywriting (though I can handle that too). It's the framework that determines what story each page tells, what objections it handles, and what action it drives.
You get a content blueprint that either you can execute internally or I can build out for you.
Design/Build/Launch ($5,000-10,000)
This is where strategy becomes a functioning website. Clean design, solid technical execution, proper SEO structure, schema markup, performance optimization - all the things that should be standard but often aren't.
If you just need technical fixes after the Clarity audit (schema implementation, page structure corrections, SEO gaps), that's a separate scope priced at $2,500-4,000 depending on complexity.
Support & Iterate ($500-1,500/month)
Your website isn't a set-it-and-forget-it asset. This phase includes hosting, ongoing maintenance, updates as your business evolves, and strategic guidance when you need it.
Full Engagement: Phases 1-3
For businesses ready for a complete, intentional website.
This is the full process. Clarity, content and messaging strategy, and a built website that reflects all of it.
Bundled engagements are scoped as a single project with adjusted pricing based on scope.
Investment: $9,500 - $12,500
